My name is Zimal and I learned about time zones in geography class.
The world is divided into twenty four time zones because the Earth takes twenty four hours to rotate once.
Pakistan Standard Time is five hours ahead of GMT so when it is noon in London it is five in the afternoon here.
My uncle lives in Canada and when we video call on Sunday it is eight morning here and eleven Saturday night for him.
The country facing the sun has daytime and the country facing away has night time.
Now when my uncle says good morning I say good evening because it is evening here.
Time zones taught me that the world is much bigger than my street.
میرا نام زمل ہے اور میں نے جغرافیہ کلاس میں ٹائم زون کے بارے میں سیکھا۔
دنیا چوبیس ٹائم زون میں تقسیم ہے کیونکہ زمین ایک بار گھومنے میں چوبیس گھنٹے لیتی ہے۔

ٹائم زون نے مجھے سکھایا کہ دنیا میری گلی سے بہت بڑی ہے۔
