My name is Tariq and I went to the dentist for the first time last year.
I was very scared.
When my name was called my heart beat fast.
The dentist was a woman with a kind voice.
She looked at my teeth and said two of them had small cavities.
She filled the cavities with a small tool and it did not hurt much.
Before I left she showed me the right way to brush.
She said brush for two minutes twice a day.
I follow her advice now every single day.

میں بہت ڈرا ہوا تھا۔

जब मेरा नाम पुकारा गया तो मेरा दिल तेज़ धड़कने लगा।
डॉक्टर एक दयालु आवाज़ वाली महिला थीं।
उन्होंने मेरे दाँत देखे और कहा कि दो में छोटी गुहाएँ हैं।
उन्होंने एक छोटे औज़ार से गुहाएँ भरीं और ज़्यादा तकलीफ नहीं हुई।
जाने से पहले उन्होंने मुझे सही तरीके से ब्रश करना दिखाया।
उन्होंने कहा दिन में दो बार दो मिनट ब्रश करें।
अब मैं हर रोज़ उनकी नसीहत पर अमल करता हूँ।
