My name is Tariq.
I recently built a new house for my family near Sargodha after saving money for fifteen years.
Building this house was the biggest dream of my life.
Every month I put aside a small amount no matter how difficult the month was.
My brother who is a civil engineer helped us design the house.
During construction I visited the site every day after work to make sure everything was done correctly.
When the house was finally finished and we moved in my wife cried with happiness.
My children ran through all the rooms and chose their own corners.
My eldest daughter chose the room with the big window overlooking the small garden.
I stood in the doorway of the main room and felt something I had never felt before.
It was the feeling of having built something with your own hands and your own money that belongs completely to you.
I thanked Allah from the bottom of my heart that night.

मेरी बड़ी बेटी ने छोटे बगीचे की तरफ बड़ी खिड़की वाला कमरा चुना।
मैं मुख्य कमरे के दरवाज़े पर खड़ा था और एक ऐसा एहसास महसूस किया जो मैंने पहले कभी नहीं महसूस किया था।
यह अपने हाथों और अपने पैसे से कुछ बनाने का एहसास था जो पूरी तरह आपका हो।
उस रात मैंने दिल की गहराइयों से अल्लाह का शुक्र अदा किया।
