My name is Sabeen and some days I feel completely bored — nothing seems interesting, not school, not food, not even my phone.
My mother calls this a flat day and says everyone has them and the trick is not to fight them.
Now on flat days I make a cup of tea and sit by the window for ten minutes without a screen.
Something about looking outside without expecting anything slowly wakes up my brain.
My teacher said boredom is your brain asking for something new — it is a signal not a punishment.
The worst thing you can do is fill boredom with mindless scrolling because then it just hides.
The best thing is to give your brain something real to chew on.

सबसे बुरा काम बोरियت को बेकार स्क्रोलिंग से भरना है क्योंकि फिर बोरियत छुप जाती है।
सबसे अच्छا काम दिमाग को कुछ असली देना है।
