My name is Adnan and my mother asked me to return a shirt she had bought last week.
The colour had faded after one wash.
I went to the shop alone and explained the problem to the shopkeeper.
He said the colour ran because it was not washed correctly.
I said the label said hand wash and she had hand washed it.
He looked at the label again and then agreed and gave us a new shirt.
I stayed calm and polite the whole time.
My mother said you handled that very well.
